I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, and the rooms offer a stunning view, but the service left a lot to be desired. The dining options were quite mediocre, and I found the overall experience lacking in professionalism. Overall, it was not a place I would recommend.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some letdowns. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beachfront access was fantastic. However, the dining options could use some improvement, particularly the breakfast, which didn't live up to expectations. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this hotel has potential, but prepare for some minor inconveniences.
My stay at the resort was quite uneven. While the rooms were clean and comfortable with breathtaking views, the overall experience during the holiday season was marred by long restaurant lines and overwhelmed staff. It's a great location near the beach, but the dining options really need improvement for busy periods. Despite these downsides, I did find good elements, like the clean pools and a convenient breakfast option.
We had a wonderful family vacation at Royal Caribbean Cancun, where the hotel was clean, and the pool area was fantastic. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was delightful with a good variety. However, we arrived late and missed out on dining options that night, and the lobby scent was off-putting for me. Overall, it was a great experience with just a couple of drawbacks.
